I have a 6 year old Australian Cattle Dog who began exhibiting aggressive behavior and biting me. After the first meeting Kelly gave me a detailed written assessment and provided us with a clear plan of action. She demonstrated simple positive ways to get Banka to want to behave well. She supplied easy interventions for our day-to-day challenges. Kelly also left us with helpful suggestions (books and websites for further ideas) for keeping Banka mentally and physically stimulated. I first met Kelly through volunteering with several dog rescues, and then contacted her several years later to help with a dog I had adopted through one of the rescues. She came to our home and gave some great recommendations and step-by-step training guidelines for getting my dog to obey some basic commands and to help gain or regain her focus when she gets distracted (by other dogs, etc). Kelly quite obviously has a deep love of animals and uses a very compassionate approach to training them. She has the patience to work with even the most stubborn or distracted dogs, and you're able to see results very quickly.
